By purchasing our Premium Support service you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- ConnectCAD Limited will provide telephone, email and remote-connect support for connectCAD and related products as needed by the you, for duration of the support period you have purchased.
- Premium support means immediate response to Customer calls and best effort to resolve the issue. It does not guarantee that the problem will be solved.
- Provision of services: Support services will be provided by ConnectCAD Limited and its appointed US sub-contractor Walthall Associates.
- Payment: you, the Customer will pay the list price of the support period in advance.
- Availability: within the United States only, 6 days per week excluding Sundays between the hours of 8:00AM Central ~ 8:00PM Central.
- Cancellation: you may discontinue this agreement at any time. In the event of cancellation by you any whole pre-paid months will be refunded, any partial months will be forfeit.
- Cancellation: ConnectCAD Limited may at its sole discretion discontinue this agreement at any time. In the event of cancellation by us we will refund all unused time pro-rata.
- Warranty: our standard warranty applies i.e. you may request a full refund within the first 30-days without penalty provided that a) you explain to us the nature of your dissatisfaction, and b) give us the opportunity to remedy the matter to your complete satisfaction. If we are unable to do this ConnectCAD Limited will refund the full purchase price.
